Production Supervisor:
Complete line production plan and accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread.
Oversee operation of automatic machinery, such as rounding, curling, icing, slicing, and wrapping machines to ensure maintenance of specified quality standards and production schedules.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency.
Conduct employee training in equipment operations and safety procedures.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements.
Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.
Plan and develop new products and production processes.
Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas.
Quality Control Inspector in the bakery production
Check the end product for bakery production by inspecting on regular basis the production lines.
Inspect returned products from the market.
Ensure that care is exercised to avoid waste, damage and losses.
Daily report for non-conformities to quality manager and production manager.
Work on ISO22000 documentation, requirements and all check lists.
Daily inspection on employees personal hygiene, food labeling, food handling.
Diagnosing and solving problems and faults as they occur.
Supervising the process of production and packaging process and monitoring all issues.
Quality control in Receiving department
• inspects purchased parts and materials for conformance to specifications
• Examines items for defects in materials, fill the HACCP & ISO forms
• Approves or rejects items, records inspection and disposition information.
• Compares quantity and part number of items received, ensure that all goods
are received.
• Follow up on new P.O in coordination with purchasing, Stock control and monthly
inventory in the vireos field
Quality control for profile aluminum; inspections to ensure that products meet specifications in terms of dimension, color and physical appearance. Prepare inspection procedure outlines for reference use in subsequent inspections
Operator in production machine I have been given the responsibility for testing on final products. Experience in production line and process line.
Corporate Intelligence Agent at CSP European company providing consulting and training in management & development in this operation I have been repeatedly given the responsibility for all project and tenders, marketing and searching for each database, participate for some training and conferences.
