As Project Manager - responsibilities include:
• Oversee the constructed projects from the start “meeting with the client” to finish installation:
o Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction.
o Quality control over the site works.
o Identify site problems and coordinate with different parties to solve it.
o Scheduling using Microsoft project to prepare a schedule for the project tasks.
o Follow up the schedule of the procurement and sites activities.
o Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients.
o Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.
o Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary. Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.
o Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
o Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.
o Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
As Architect - responsibilities include:
• Oversee the designing projects from start “meeting with the client” to finish “installation:
o Consult / Meet with clients and consider their interior design preferences in the
project.
o Create design sketches as per the customer’s requests and requirements.
o Suggest additions or modifications for projects as needed after considering the overall
space of the area.
o Utilize computer applications for initial and final designs.
o Ensure the project equipment / elements and laborer are available & their cost meet
the client’s budget.
o Supervise interior design projects & installation to ensure that the client needs are
met.
o Review / approve the technical & execution drawings.
o Perform the purchasing when needed.
o Manage & Follow-up the project process (Design, execution and installation).
o Ensure that the project is completed ahead of time or on time
o Supervise the installation / project delivery.
As Architect - responsibilities include:
• Oversee all architectural responsibilities.
o Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
o Advise clients.
o Produce detailed drawings.
o Negotiate with contractors and other professionals.
o Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
o Coordinate the work of contractors.
o Make site visits to check on progress.
o Deal with problems that might occur during construction.
As Head Architect - responsibilities include:
• Oversee all architectural responsibilities.
o Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
o Advise clients.
o Produce detailed drawings.
o Negotiate with contractors and other professionals.
o Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
o Coordinate the work of contractors.
o Make site visits to check on progress.
o Deal with problems that might occur during construction.
