FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS MANAGER, TREASURY AND INVESTMENT Correspondence Banking & Relationship Management:
• Manage relationships with correspondents' banks and control the bank's accounts to ensure deals, transactions and trade finance reimbursement,
• Expand the network of correspondents and identify potential new business opportunities through study the market and economic situation of countries,
• Monthly report on Money Market statement - Weighted and Concentrations.
Credit Analysis:
• Provide analytical recommendation to top management by identifying strong and weak performers of counterparty using a detailed analysis of financial statements and key ratios,
• Evaluate countries of counterparties' situation by review a country risk indicators (GDP, Inflation, Government Debt, Trading and political conditions).
Investment:
• Collect market intelligence by researching and analyzing on Fixed income securities and monitor of the current portfolio investments,
• Preparing studies of potential investment's such of Money Market, Capital Market (CDs & Bonds) and equities.
• Produce portfolio investment and market's report to present to the top management.
- Developing relations with existing correspondent banks and finding new banks to cooperate both for treasury, trade finance transactions, and Investment products.
- Determine credit lines for the correspondent banks (Commercial Line, Money Market Line and FX Line).
- Analyzing and highlighting the peers Banks' performance and market share by assessing the financial statements.
- Arranging and preparing bilateral agreements with financial institutions.
- Searching on Fixed income securities in the markets, and preparing a proposal investment Bonds, Islamic Bonds (Sukuk).
- Conducting feasibility studies for future investments by conducting accurate valuations and return calculations.
- Review countries' risks by assessing economic indicators (GDP, Inflation, Government Debt, Trading and political conditions).
- Update and inform senior management about the significant events in the major financial markets and its relative impact on the company.
Perform Credit analysis of Financial Institutions for the assigned portfolio, Responsible for developing and managing relationships with Financial Institutions and consolidation correspondent banking relationships by expanding a relationships and identifying potential new business opportunities and market developments for QNB Syria, coordination with all related QNB Syria functions, as appropriate. managing QNB Syria’s correspondent accounts to ensure trade flow reciprocity with other correspondent and ensuring the extension of the QNB Group’s reach to the different geographical areas of the world through the systematic continuously proactive development and enhancement of correspondent relationships.
