Main duties:
•Training on all GDP Procedures (SOPs) & implementing them
•Assigning the Delivery Reports for each driver every morning before leaving on their Routes
•Customer Calls Handling (taking orders, delivery time, complaints)
•Invoicing Customers’ Orders
•Pricing and Labeling (Handling of the Hologram and Price tags dispensing, follow up and reconciliation, ensuring that the pricing is taking place according to the latest Price List)
•Helping with the Orders Preparation in case of lack of pickers
•Control of Orders in term of quantity, quality, batch number and expiry dates matching with the invoice, labels, client name
•Executing Credit Notes for the returned Items from Customers after checking their quality & quantity according to the Request of Return (RFR) filled by the Salesmen
•Receiving of new Shipments (unloading the shipment based on the Packing List received from supplier, as well as the Customs Clearance Form delivered by the driver)
•Printing the Vans GPS (on a daily basis) of the previous day to check the Speed Limit & the Route of each Driver
•Map of the Warehouse
•Monitor the Stock once every month (Inventory)
•Follow up on emails and prioritizing the tasks based on their importance and deadlines
•Training on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), it is a software application that supports the day-to-day operations in a warehouse. WMS programs enable centralized management of tasks such as tracking inventory levels and stock locations
•Warehouse move to a new location using WMS
•Performs all other tasks and duties as related or assigned.
