• Overseeing and managing day to day activities of 150, 000 Sqm Shopping center in terms of Operations, Maintenance, Security as well as all soft services and external contracts.

• Coordination and supervision with all tenant’s contractors on all fit out electro-mechanical works for each of 200 stores at the mall.

• Coordinate Tenant’s work which connects with landlord’s infrastructure, including fire fighting system, fire alarm system, water, drainage power, chilled water, fresh air intake, HVAC systems, Lighting, and all electro-mechanical services.

• Weekly and monthly reports concerning all elector mechanical systems modifications, updates, as-built and design reviews.

• Supervision of Electro-Mechanical works on site. Making sure that all services, Common areas, and all site implementations are being done as per international standards.

• Management of planned, reactive and corrective works delivery for Maintenance, safety, traffic, housekeeping, waste management and pest control. Responsible for implementing soft services plan by directing all employees on scheduled jobs while ensuring compliance to set standards and carrying out regular inspection, while achieving the highest safety standards and customer satisfaction with Limited resources.

• Managing external contractors KPI’S and making sure all outsourced companies are performing their jobs as per schedule and up to the highest standards.

• Cost Control and Budgeting for All department CAPEX/OPEX budgets as well as monitoring and controlling all expenditures

• Management of Procurement orders in terms of consumables and new capital additions through a yearly planned schedule of material and proposed projects. preparing purchase orders for materials, consumables and all parts needed for maintenance and operation.

• Power saving operational and modification schemes to reduce the facility operational costs while keeping the high image and standards.


•Overseeing the Quality and progress of Housekeeping staff and ensure that all works are being doing on top quality. Making sure the Facility is within the top housekeeping standards.

• Overseeing the Quality and efficiency of security staff as well as making sure all health and safety standards are met within the facility.

• Managing and coordinating all the assigned Building Electro- Mechanical Works, in three main high/medium voltage substations and Process Interface buildings, and on-site offices. Beginning from the 1st construction phase, up to the third finishing, and commissioning phase.

• Installation of all electrical systems such as lighting, fire alarm, communication systems, small power, and medium voltage electrical switchgears, Transformers, MCCs and other control, and power panels. Mechanical Works included HVAC systems installation, ducts, air handling units, split units and central AC systems according to Saudi ARAMCO Engineering standards, and specifications.

• Typical Office work includes planning, daily reports, site coordination, Material Submittals, quantity surveying, and design verification and alteration and preparation of site as built drawings and shop drawings.

• Handing over of assigned substations and control buildings, expediting all assigned punch list items as per client’s specification and requirements.
