Worked on Ericsson Belgium EBR Project to provide remote engineering services to support implementation of Ericsson’s
telecom system by its customer in Belgium (MOBISTAR telecom service provider).
* Promoted to project Team Leader to complete the EBR project.
* Designed and integrated over 100 mobile network sites implementing Ericsson telecom system in Belgium.
* Optimized customer’s implementation of Ericsson system to minimize the DCR (drop call rates) on the network.
* Implemented/optimized 3G U900/2100 (e.g. scrambling code definition and WCL-Worst Cell List analysis).
* Designed/analyzed drive test routes and defined nodes neighbors for optimizing customer’s mobile network.
* Generated network design and configuration reports for customer (e.g. mobile telecommunication coverage).
* Provided engineering customer support to investigate and resolve network faults/alarms.
