I have worked to supervise during the period between 2004 to 2013 in consulting office in Jordan on several projects, hospitals, hotels, and apartment complexes, infrastructure of the (building) under and over ground in addition to Carry out the ACs, chillers, cooling towers, generators, pumps, submersible pumps, etc..

And follow-up all of all contractors in the business to deliver the project, the

•Ensured that each product according to the contract, and compliance with the product check list.

I was works as part of the site management team liaising with and working
Alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners,
Surveyors and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health
And safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resources.

Typical work activity:

•managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
•ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
•overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
•checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
•day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
•planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
•overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
•preparing reports as required;
•resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Brief about Project: Renovation of buildings, isolation of Roof, Replacing vinyl, redesigning of interior area and reinstalling again the wall plus installing jobson board and painting, reinstalling of sanitary ware, reinstalling the celling and electrical wiring, fixture light plus panel boards for all hospital, mechanical work as circulation pump and headers was changed also.
