Assist and coordinate design to office for further verification. Create on site mark ups on drawings and do shop drawings and calculations for immediate design requirements.
Coordinate field data with design team and make proper judgement on decisions that would impact the design and on site work.
Create man power schedules and allocate man hours to important work loads.
