• Responsible for crew internal scheduling
• Ordering material for the execution of work
• Execution of work at the site according to the project schedule.
• Rise inspection for the completed area as per the drawing and follow up the same with main contractor and consultant
• Coordinating with consultant’s site representative to overcome technical issues
• Coordinate with the Division Manager & Sr. Engineers for work done on site and Periodical progress reporting to management.
• Fully responsible for work quality and assurance.
• Study tender drawings, specifications and further quoting.
• Checking quantities from the IFC drawing and preparing bill of quantities for the same
• Assisting the estimation by identifying the BOQs items with respect to tender drawing and details.
• Preparation of ‘shop drawing’ as well as ‘As Built’ drawing using Auto CAD.
• Preparing monthly invoice for client / follow up for clarification and make a comparison.
• Review and recommend a resolution of claims from contractors.
• Finalization of Accounts.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
