• Manage the onboarding for foreign labour and handling all relevant requirements (Block visas, work
visas, business visa, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, Taqat, Qiwa, and Saudi Government related
portals.
• Manage the governmental licenses and commercial registrations for corporations and others that
require regulatory approval from all ministries.
• Oversee the government relations across All government entities in KSA including but not limited to
the Ministry of commerce & Investment, Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Labor,
Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, General Organization for Social Insurance, Ministry
of Human Resource and Social Development and Foreign Embassies.
• Well versed with Saudi Government protocol, labour laws and external affairs to handle complex and
unique situations.
• Following, renewal, maintain all clients documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax, ZAKAT etc.
• Manage the daily administrative tasks related to Saudi Arabia office include: Ordering supplies,
medical and employees record, temporary pass and IDs and access.
• Administrate new/existing vendor record and maintain the tracking.
•Executes all works related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor and various Departments (Private and Governmental).
• Provides visa and government relations support to the Tubular Coating Solutions Limited Facility to enhance and maintain smooth operations with all Saudi Arabian Government and Legal entities.
• Process and follow up all transactions of the company and its employees at governmental and non-governmental entities in Saudi Arabia.
• Organize Periodic renewal of licenses (Trade License, Civil Defense, Industrial License, etc.)
• Ensure the company is complaint with all local regulations and requirements - Immigration, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Economics, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
•Supervise the daily routine work of the Government Relations Department and ensuring that each executes his daily assignment professionally and on timely basis.
•Develops excellent relations with the Passports Department, Labour Office, Civil defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Municipality to ensure updated information about new regulations.
•Liaises with the Ministries and other government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining Saudization Certificates, Company registration certificates, registration with the Chamber of Commerce, etc.
•Controls the in and out and the safe custody of the employees’ passports and Iqamas.
•Oversees employee notification in ample time of iqama near expiry and taking action.
•Ensures that Iqamas & work permits issued, renewed, and cancelled on time to avoid imposing fines on the company.
•Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company.
•Prepares visas files & following up with Labor Office until obtaining the visas. Ensures dully signed passport form while releasing employees’ passports & keeping following up with employees until passports are restored again.
. Ensure to meet the Saudization Percentage set by the government.
•Responsible for Nitaqat process and GRO daily procedure.
.Build and manage communications and relationships between the company and government and semi-government agencies.
•Receive all government requests and coordinate with internal team to ensure an efficient processing of the requests.
•Ensure that all documents to be received from staff are precise and complete.
•Provide guidance to Government Relations staff.
•Liaise with relevant government bodies (Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, and Medical commission, etc.) efficiently in order to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing.
•Represent the company when dealing with Government officials on sensitive or complex issues, including coordination of meetings with concerned Government and Semi-Government agencies.
•Coordinate with owner, general manager and senior representatives to process important government requests and ensure the accuracy and quality of the activity.
•Ensure quality and confidentiality of work with regards to government relation applications and requests.
•Participate in the local activities related to the project expanding and implementation.
•Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
•Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
•Plan, organize, and administer the activities of the Project, office, division and clients efficiently.
