As Oman Rail Corporate HSE Manager, developed Health, Safety, Security and Environment Management System for managing Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning Operation of Railway Infrastructure. Organized and lead hazard workshops to identify occupational hazards associated with the construction of the proposed preliminary design. Played a key role working with system assurance team, RAMS, architects and construction management team in risk workshops to identify risks associated with proposed tunnels, viaducts, bridges, etc. regarding time, cost and time impact on the project.

As a lead HSE Manager for Project Management Consultant (PMC), representing client, developed HSE Management system for Bahrain Airport expansion project during the construction phases. Further assisted supervision consultant in setting up a framework and process of selection of the Contractors, monitoring and managing project during the various construction stages.

Represented Client (TDIC) and managed the Island wide (56 project sites) responsibility of Safety Health & Environment during the development of infrastructure for 2700 hectares of land for major tourism and leisure destination. Served as central focus point Island wide for all the employers, contractors, and developers to ensure SH&E Management system is developed and best International practices are implemented. Development included managing contractors constructing bridges, roads, tunnels, marine work, underground utilities, sewerage treatment plants (STPs).
Achievements:
Implemented successful controls on Cranes and Lifting equipment induction on the project which resulted in deploying only legally complying and certified cranes and lifting equipment. Organizing and managing more than 56 Contractors and the Consultants assigned for various deployment on Saadiyat Island which resulted in successful achievement of HSE goals.
