Worked in various above ground coating system such as APCS 1B, 1C, 26, 26T for above
ground piping and steel structures.
Worked in various below ground coating system such as APCS
113A, 113C, 104B, 102C, 120 for pipeline girth welds and internal coating of girth weld
using robotic crawler.
Worked in concrete coating system such as APCS 3, 1B for below ground and above
ground concrete foundations.
Ensured the proper use of inspection instruments in accordance with the Inspection
Quality Manual.
Blasting and painting of steel structure before and after erection, antiskid floor, acid
resistance paint for battery room as per specification and planning.
Job allocation and monitoring of manpower as per priority and planning.
Maintain standards of safety and company with company’s health safety and
environment management system requirement.
Maintain data and check weather condition, paint batch number, paint expiry date,
requirement of material, progress report.
Coordination with contractor for manpower mobilization as per the target.
Weekly meeting with management about site issue.
Inspection of Blasting and painting of steel structure, plate and pipes as per procedure
and specification.
Responsible for stage wise blasting and painting inspection.
check humidity, salt contamination, blotter test, surface profile, adhesion test, DFT,
WFT, dew bulb temperature, metal temperature.
Prepare inspection & test plan for specific requirement and execute.
Before starting work, check weather condition is suitable for work.
Usages of coating material as per client specification.
Preparation of documents required for inspection according to the applicable codes and
standards.
receiving inspection and verifying documents of all incoming coating materials (such as
garnet, paint products)
