Responsible for day-to-day operations and project management of IT services, solutions and support for both onsite and remote workers. Recruited to provide day-to-day IT support, administration and project management for respective teams in Equities and Corporate Finance. Main end users based in London, Zurich, New York, Paris and Hong Kong. Providing personal, telephone and remote support for end-users
• Build and rollout of Apple Mac OS, Windows 98 and 2000 workstations to end-users
• Introduced maintained and optimised the Mac OS EUP (End User Platform) standard
• Enhanced stability, usability and security of Mac OS within the Bank’s infrastructure

• Project managed the transfer of the newspaper’s production from a third party to in-house DTP
• Responsible for recruitment management and training of production and editorial staff
• Established a pool of freelance journalists to provide Indiaweekly with content and features
• Managed the re-launch of the newspaper in August 1997
• Restructuring of Indiaweekly's publishing, editorial, marketing and distribution led to a 5-fold increase in circulation and newsstand distribution throughout the UK
• Indiaweekly was sold to Ethnic Media Group (Eastern Eye) in April 2003.
