Job Profile:
• Responsible for the Sales of various products as per monthly target assignment for my territory
• Supervising and managing merchandisers for better Display as per planogram and implementing FIFO
system, regular availability of items to customers, which can help to promote product sales.
• Arranging Merchandiser schedule and deliveries, monitoring trip sheet/Dispatch report and Display photos
like Primary/Secondary
• Managing orders & delivering, so to ensure maximum sales, avoid overstocks, rotate near expiry stock in the
shelf.
• Responsible for all the accounts related activities, collections and, sales payment receivable/payable.
• Responsible for collecting Rental agreement, statement, cheques from the customers.
• Generation of monthly sales reports and statistical analysis as per manager requirement.
• Attending regular internal meeting to discuss segment related information, pro-actively
• Identifying new brands of business.
• Monitor competition activities and promotions closely to report management.
• Maintaining & developing relationship with existing customers via meetings, phone calls and emails.
• Building the good relationship with customers and provided higher priority to the customer demand.
• Handling Groups like: Nesto, Manama, Safeer, Fatima, Gaint, Choithram, Abu Dhabhi COOP, Al Hooth Al
Douri, Kenz, Rameez etc
Authorized retailer and distributer in mobile devices and accessories. Located over

brands including Samsung, Apple, Black Berry and Nokia.
Job Profile:
• Display merchandise to promote sales
• Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise
• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
• Answer walk-in customers’ queries and concerns
• Responsible for all email correspondence for requesting stock from Warehouse
• Document sales and maintain customer database in the system.

• Inspecting in-store and customer returned products and requesting replacement for defective products to
phone care department
• Promoting In-house brand called My Candy.
