1. To attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
2. To supervise and monitor the site labor force through General Foreman and Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
3. To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
4. To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
5. To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
6. To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
7. To develop a relationship with the Project Engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.
8. Coordination with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site inspection of works.

Implement electrical works schedule and assign tasks to engineers
and monitoring the site progress to complete the task within stipulated
time & Cost.

 Preparations of detailed work schedule and remedial measures, if necessary, for corrective and preventive maintenance of 132KV Substation High Voltage Equipment, Switchgear and its associated controls and devices.
 Notification and coordination of switching, interruption and Substation maintenance with power plant engineers.
 Reviews of equipment maintenance and test results history to identify weakening component and to recommend the mode of actions to address the abnormality.
 Gathers and reviews Substation log sheets to detect erratic readings that may require further examinations and analysis.
 Supervises the operation of 45 MVA (132kV/33kV) Substation.
 Supervises the periodic maintenance and testing of HV equipment, station service meters and relays.
