• Receiving stock as per PO from suppliers check with expiry Date, Damages,
• All Damages items return to suppliers and raise Debit Note less the stocks records
• Receiving Food Items Vegetables check every two days to check and remove the Damage vegetables less to stock regards and advice to Account Department.
• Every day keep clean in the storage rooms.
• End of the month check manual stock inventory stocks check and given final stock report to our finance department.
• Less stocks items noted and given order to report to Purchase Department
• Daily Cost Report Taken from Systems and send to Finance Manager
• Monthly Cost Report and Stock Report Taken from Systems And send Accounts Dept.
• Daily Cash Purchase Request and send cash invoices to Purchase Department.
• Issuing Stock from store as per All section Request as per approval Signature from head chef’s
• All daily receiving purchase invoices enter the system with cost and send report to Purchase Dept.
