• Achieved More than 100% revenue Growth on 2017 & 2018 when compared to 2016.
• Coordinates with Estimation, Design, Procurement, Production, Projects & Quality control team for the smoother execution & timely completion of projects.
• Analyzes the domestic potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
• Monitor the market trend & analysis of competitor strategies for upcoming projects.
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Handling MICE with Group sales Manager for the Hotel
• Implementation of IHG Way of Sales (Solution Selling).
• Successfully achieved more than 10 % Revenue than the budget in 2014.
• Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans and.
• Meeting Satisfaction Survey Champion for the hotel. (Maintaining 91% Score till last date )
• Scheduling sales calls in a weekly basis for the top banqueting & corporate accounts and sales blitz those companies whenever necessary.
• Scheduling Tele sales calls in a weekly basis for the top banqueting & corporate accounts
• In house Prospecting and meeting the new in house guest on a regular basis to know more about the client visit and get more business for future.
• Taken additional responsibility of assisting ADOS / DOS in managing Meeting Broker and lead share . Achieved around 5 - 6 Rewards for Lead Share in IHG Oman (Achieved around USD 1200 for the same).

• Updating sales activities in Opera in a regular basis.
