Conducting Cyber Security assesment to Implement and Manage the Cyber security standards align with organization polices.
Patch Management, Antivirus definition updates, McAfee Security Management, Windows group Policy Management, Network Performance Monitoring, Asset and Configuration Management, Backup & Data Archive Management, Active Directory Infrastructure, Switching Infrastructure, Data Storage Infrastructure for Physical & Virtual Servers.
Implementing Performance monitoring configuration tools NextNine (VSE) Services, FORGE Cyber Security, TRACE, SPA configuration and management.
Migration and Upgrade of Server, Controllers firmware Upgrade. Migration from Physical to Virtual DELL FX2 Premium platforms.
OPM for Controllers and associated IO’s for Honeywell EPKS DCS, ESD systems.
Excellent Troubleshooting Knowledge in Honeywell DCS, ESD and CISCO Network system.
Discuss project status/review during periodic project review meetings.
Design scope of work, Vendor follow-ups, Spare part analysis and project closeouts.
Prepare Project Manuals, conduct tests & inspections for assessing any deviations and make relevant modifications for final installation.
• Design & Implementing the clusters as per the requirement on Experion PKS DCS Controllers, Servers & Operator stations using Control Net & FTE.
• Implementing control strategies/functional blocks, Sequential blocks to cover critical control requirements for process Control operation.
• Experience in developing customized SCADA screens using HMI graphics builder for operators.
• Having experience in Experion PKS DCS software diagnostics of functionalities, Control Functions, SCM, RCM, I/Os and Controllers.
• Total responsibility of On and Off Process Server and Controller Migration of Honeywell DCS (Server and Controller Upgrade).
• Experience in analyze and quality assurance of Customer reported issues for Experion Continuation support on CONTROLLER & SERVER Patches for SHELL, EXONMOBIL, CONOCO PHILIPS, EQUATE site support.
• Having Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting the HART Devices and Foundation Field bus Devices.
• Having experience in different protocol configuration and integration with EPKS MODBUS, DNP3, Profibus, Devicenet.
• Experience in ESD configuration and troubleshooting the hardware and software of Honeywell Safety Manager.
• Integration of AB PLC, AB Drives, SIEMENS PLC, ABB S800 IO’s with Honeywell Controllers.
• Experience in INTOOLS (Smart Plant Instrumentation) design for Honeywell Controllers and IO modules.
• Experience in configuring and performing quality assurance on Honeywell RTU (SIXNET) through DNP3 and MODBUS protocol with Experion R400.2 for ZADCO, SOC ARAMCO.
• Expert in Configuring and Installing the VMware Virtual machines using ESXi 5.0 for Experion PKS installation.
• Being a HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Focal for System Integration Testing Team, and use to conduct regular audit and finding HSE issues and mitigate the same.
• Actively participate in HOS activities like 5S, KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) and HSE to sustain the HOS culture.
