Key responsibilities:

-Coordinate with the Vendor to resolve design related problems and discrepancies in the construction stage and proper scheduling of work from the process engineering perspective including coordination with the other discipline engineers on such issues.
-Carrying out FAT as per vendor checklist.
-Creating and carrying out test procedures.
-Prepare the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
-Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument and related sub-systems breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution.
-Preparing commissioning dossiers.
-Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures

Installing, calibrating & troubleshooting: -
-Flow Transmitter (Rosemount-3051, Yokogawa EJX-A series)
-Pressure Transmitter (Rosemount-3051C, Yokogawa EJX-A series)
-Level Transmitter (Rosemount-5300, 3300 Radar Type, Yokogawa EJX-A (DP type)

Installing, routine analysis and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Vibration Monitoring Probes (BN 3300); Bently Nevada 3500 Machine Monitoring System
