Mill Set Up - Mill Angle - Forming Roller - Mean Diameter -
Desired Coil Width Followed by Approved MITPS.
Welding Set Up - As Per Approved WPS.
Coil End Preparation.
Coil Joining.
Welding Configuration e.g. Single, Twin or Tandem Arc.
Welding Consumables - Desired Diameter of Electrode Wire / Electrodes (Suitable Yield Strength, Chemical and Mechanical Propertise) and Flux.
Pipe End Preparation - Bevel Angle and Square Tolerance
Pipe Repair Procedure
Hydrostatic Test Pressure Set Up as per Pipe Grade.
Raw Materials ( HRC Coil, Flux, Welding Wire & Electrode)
Line Pipe Inspection during forming like Welding Parameters, Welding Speed, Weld Face Profile, and Electrode Stick in- Out, Mean Diameter, Weld Bead Height and Coil Joining etc.
Pipe End Preparation like Bevel angle, Bevel Face and End Square.
Visual Inspection Over Pipe body inner and outer diameter, material Defect Similar like Lamination, Scalp, chisel Mark and pitting’s.
Analyze over Radiographic test Results.
Over all Final inspection
Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Utilization of manpower accurately.
Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department.
Handling skilled manpower and administration on shop floor.
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
Supervising hourly production.
Ensure proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers
Conducting continuous improvement projects.
Examine the needs for training and provide job training to departmental Employee.
Job includes quality planning, quality requirement, maintain ASTM standards, product inspection & Preventive action.
Handling products and finished goods also packing & delivery of finished products
Maintenance activities of all plant machinery used in operation and manufacturing of chain link fence and related products.
Systematic approach for selection and evaluation of supplier and to set criteria for continuous monitoring their performance.
Monitoring customer feedbacks, scrap & defective products
