1. Identifying and exploring new business opportunities and engage in both new businesses and existing accounts with proper implementation of sales strategies.
2. Coordinate with technical team to generate & deliver winning contract Bids, Proposals etc...
3. Assessment of marketing opportunities and target projects, identifying new awarded projects and attract new and potential clients.
4. Recruiting technical personnel like senior project engineers, QC Engineers to various Aramco, Sabic & Private projects on long term/ short term contractual basis.
5. Negotiation of commercial issues with client and though well aware about current market scenario in terms of technical manpower resources.
6. Liaise and maintaining good rapport with all major clients in our database and support those with required services at right moment.
7. Responsible for assigned tasks and Committed towards achieving forecasted target.
8. Optimizing income from existing lines through innovative marketing and developing strategies for the growth of our company.
9. Liaise between Client and Subcontractor in the process of sourcing, evaluating, selecting and recruiting technical/ trade candidates for preferred projects.
10. Involved in HR related activities for the employees deployed in different projects and support them with their concerns in a professional manner.
11. Guiding employees with proper safety orientation and induction to ensure their productivity and safety aspects in sites.
12. Maintain proper and systematic correspondence among client and subcontractor towards result oriented and credible business development.

ACTIVITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS: • Attended a training programme conducted by experienced faculty members from MTS (Management and Technology Services) to enhance soft skills. • Organizing member of “MANOJAVAM-07” a National level management fest held at The Oxford College of Business Management, Bangalore. • Won 2nd prize in CBSE inter school state Football Championship. • Participated in CBSE inter school National Football Championship.
