- Preparing of Bid Documents for Procurement of Government Projects.
- Posting of Invitation to Bid and Bid Documents in PhilGEPS.
- Posting of Invitation to Bid in the Newspaper.
- Assists in the Pre-Bid Conference of Posted Projects.
- Assists in the Receipt and Opening of Bids of Qualified Bidders.
- Conducts Evaluation Reports of the Bids of Qualified Bidders.
- Conducts Post Qualification Reports of Bid Requirements of Qualified Bidders.
- Assists in Making Award Notices of Winning Bidders.
- Updates the Status of Procurement in the PhilGEPS.
Key Functions:
- Overall Responsible Engineer for Project Implementation in the Field.
- Implements projects in accordance to the approved Plans and Programs of Work.
- Ensuring Safety measure of the Implementation of Projects.

- Makes Requests and Purchase Orders of Materials and Equipment for Approval.
- Overall Responsible in Monitoring of Materials and Equipment for Deployment in the Field.
- In coordination with Project Engineers in the Field.
- Assists in the review/analyse programs of on-going projects and recommends appropriate measures to upgrade the performance of the projects.
- Conducts field inspection for actual accomplishments.
- Does other duties as may be assigned by his immediate supervisor.
