# Handle the transport management & also prepared the bill.
# Ensure proper security of factory premises.
# Responsible for counseling, motivation, grievance handling & all welfare activities.
# Preparation and managing workers and staffs personal files and update time to time
# Managing the employee training and development programs
# Prepare necessary HR reports.
