Prepare and maintain all infrastructure documentations, which includes installation, design, system recovery, disaster recovery & other documentation.
Acting support manager for ACS - Arabsoft support center which provides support for Microsoft, Citrix and RightFax products. Prepare and maintain Support center policy, procedure and process related documentations.
Core area of work included Microsoft, Citrix & RightFax Product Consultancy & Support.
Deliver training on Citrix and RightFax products for clients (NCB, AR-Riyadh development authority, Ministry of tourism and many other clients.)

Represented Microsoft Arabia in Saudi Aramco and SABIC and engaged with Enterprise customers like Saudi Aramco, NCB, Riyad Bank, ALJ, Olayan, Zamil, Pepsi co., ministry of education, Ar-riyadh development authority, etc. as ACS consultant.
