•Conduct TNA for training programme and develop programme synopsis.
•Oversee registration and selection of volunteers for training, training logistics etc.
•Ensure the activities of training programme or carried out as planned and the recourses required are available.
•Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders.(Govt, NGOs, INGOs)for all activities of the training
•Assist District DRM programme Coordinator in introducing communities concerns regarding the disaster management training and education and other tasks. (Finance, planning and documentation).
