• Sales of Gasoline, Gas Oil, Fuel Oil and Bitumen.
• Quantities allocation according to deals agreements.
• Stock retained for wholesales customers.
• Building a weekly price structure.
• Daily price casting with market feedback based on communication with customers.
• Free zone stock handling, V.A.T. & Duties evaluating and naturalization of goods, plus consolidation with payments.
• Lorry distribution and transportation allowances.
• Other administrative work, data base and stock managing.
• Reporting to internal & external customers; formal and informal statements like stock on hand, customers accounts and collectables, average price on daily sales, weekly sales per customer to control the customer’s individual performance….
- Senior Credit Controller

• handles a ledger
• responsible for own cash allocation
• maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records
• has regular customer contact by phone, fax and email
• uses initiative and imagination to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill
• makes adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
• works with a minimum of direction on collections for an important ledger, possibly key accounts
• anticipates developments, and identifies accounts that will require special attention
• handles disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms
• undertakes complex reconciliations, and compiles documentation for legal action
• maintains accurate individual measurement and performance statistics
• obtains sufficient information to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• works within guidelines and reports to the Credit Manager or Financial Controller
• maintains accurate team measurement and performance statistic
