and to support, enhance existing solutions.

Owned enterprise application strategy and portfolio across Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, and Entertainment business verticals. Led ERP, CRM, HRMS, Analytics, RPA, and AI initiatives aligned to business KPIs. Managed multi-million-dollar technology budgets and vendor ecosystems. Architected and executed Agentic AI solutions to automate integration error handling and business process workflows.
