I am responsible for managing and facilitating the implementation of SAMS clinic Project in Zaatari camp by monitoring the project schedules, project progress reports, design and monitor the project budget, manage the staff and liaise with key stakeholders in line with SAMS guidelines and standards.

Main Tasks:
- Develop and implement project action plans focused on key outputs and outcomes.
- Participate in the budget development and revision process and need assessment revisions in collaboration with the functional Departments.
- Contribute to designing project proposals; narrative and financial.
- Maintain proper documentation of all stages of the project planning and implementation, data records and beneficiary information, and share with relevant departments and HQ.
- Participate in the program review, design, and implementation plan to identify the beneficiaries and their needs.
- Monitor the project implementation timeline, and revise to reflect unforeseen developments if necessary.
- Develop and submit the monthly reports to the line manager as per the pre-identified deadlines and templates.
- Coordinate the execution of the project’s tasks and activities as per the project action plan.
- Assist the Programs Manager in all operations related to this project implementation, data collection, and analysis.
- Provide support for organizing visits, meetings, events, training, and sessions related to this project.
- Manage Zaatari team members to achieve high-quality medical services according to SAMS vision.
- Coordinate with health providers, governmental authorities and UNHCR to refer cases who need further medical assistant.
- Attend meetings inside and outside the camp and write the minutes of the meetings that are related to the implementation of the Project.
- Track the project spending on a monthly basis to provide the management with accurate financial information on time.

My primary function is to lead the vocational employability and entrepreneurship youth sustainable programs of the BDC, implemented nationwide, in coordination with the Youth Department. I support the VP in managing, supervising and evaluating teaching instructors and facilitators of Al Balqa University and the Ministry of Education, in terms of their educational teaching techniques and practices delivered to youth, aged 17-27.
Key Achievements:
• Coordinated entrepreneurship training program for around 2, 000 youth (students from schools and colleges).
• Coordinated the training and teaching techniques development of 300 teaching instructors and facilitators at Ministry of Education and Balqaa Applied University.
• Designed and developed the “Entrepreneurship Train”, a national initiative launched by the BDC to vulnerable youth.
• Led the training of 2, 000 youth during the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) which resulted in the BDC receiving the “Best Partner Award” from Queen Rania Center of Entrepreneurship (QRCE).
Main Tasks:
- Manage orientation sessions, meeting with potential organizations and developing partnerships.
- Work closely with international donors (UN, ILO, Global Affairs Canada - GAC, USAID, AFD) with regards to educational development and vocational youth skills development, employability and entrepreneurship.
- Assist teaching instructors and facilitators in the rural regions and poverty pockets of Jordan.
- Coordinate the partnership between ILO, the Ministry of Education and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical feedback about youth vulnerability, and sustainable programming for youth to help in the design of new Entrepreneurship and Youth programs.
- Plan and implement rural community initiatives in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
- Liaise with advisors, consultants and meeting regularly with candidates.
- Suggest new business development initiatives and services targeting Entrepreneurs and Youth.
- Follow up, mentor and provide feedback on the MSE status of vocational entrepreneur youth in different vocational sectors including the water, energy, agriculture, science and technology sectors.
- Assist the program director in promoting the programs among potential individuals and institutions, and briefing clients on the different BDC programs.
- Lead correspondence on the nationalization of Sanad “KAB” ILO program in Ministry of Education.
- Basic Market Needs Assessment, through field Research, data collection, and interviews to Community Based Organizations (CBOs).
- Support all staff members in all directorate activities, events and conferences.
- Accomplish required targets within deadlines in coordination with the Youth Department and reporting directly to BDC VP.

Projects:
- Sanad "Know About Business" Project, implemented nationwide at Jordan’s Vocational Schools and Community Colleges, the program designed by ILO and funded by Global Affairs Canada.
- (Hands-on Technical Exchange between Syrian Refugees and Jordanians) Project, implemented in 3 municipalities of Mafraq, funded by UNDP.
- “Maharat-Tariqi” for Retail and Insurance Sector, implemented in Amman for employability and employment, funded by Princes Trust International & King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD).
- Bader "E-LIFE" Entrepreneurship using Technology, implemented for teaching instructors and students of the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) of the Ministry of Labour.
- Sharaka Public Private Dialogue Forum Initiative.

Field Officer for the “Hands-on Technical Exchange” Programme, UNDP at Business Development Center

I worked on the project aiming to mitigate the impact of the Syrian crisis on Jordanian host communities and to strengthen the social cohesion between Jordanians and Syrians.
Key Achievements
• Completed the project with timely delivery and achieving all deliverables for the hands-on technical skills development of 300 Syrian refugees and Jordanian youth.
• Assisted the Business Development Department in designing related projects based on lessons learnt in the field.
Main Tasks
- Conduct awareness campaigns outreaching 2, 000 Syrian refugee and Jordanian youth on vocational skills and employment, targeting rural communities in need of economic, social and environmental development.
- Manage the outreach, identification and selection process, TVET training and follow up of 300 selected youth for Zaatari Municipality, in coordination with Balama and Greater Mafraq.
- Identified, supported and collaborated with Community Based Organizations and Municipalities for the effective delivery of the project.
- Provide technical feedback to UNDP about the vulnerability aspect of Mafraq’s Syrian refugee and Jordanian youth.
- Provide technical feedback sustainable programming for youth to help in the design of new Entrepreneurship and Youth programs.
- Developed technical progress and impact reports on the project to be submitted to UNDP.
- Enroled public and private sector partners for supporting the training and employment of the youth in the Construction, Carpentry, Food Processing, Beauty, Agriculture, Sewing and Tailoring sectors.
