Project ( also known as RA 167 ) is one of the major
infrastructure and road development projects
taking place in the State of Kuwait.
My main responsibilities :
1.Supervise, inspect, and manage the
construction of all the work activities at site
involving ( steel fixing, formwork, scaffold
installation, and casting ) for sub-structure
elements from pilling till the pier heads to ensure
the quality of the work is done according to the
standard and specifications.
2.Day to day management of the site including
supervising, and monitoring the site labors force
and the work of any subcontractors
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the
plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines
3.Overseeing quality control and health and safety
matters on site
4.Preparing daily, and monthly reports about the
work progress on site
5.Meeting construction budget
