• Administrative and technical supervision on all aspects of the computer network.
• Direct technical supervision of all the work of installation for any new hardware or software.
• Working on testing the new operating systems to be applied and ensure compatibility with the programs of the Kuwait General Administration of Customs.
• Coordination with technical support staff at all customs sites to provide the required electronic needs according to the requirements of work.
• Receive all maintenance requests from all Customs IT-Team and distribute them to the team work and follow up till solve all requests .
• Ability to troubleshoot operating system problems over the phone.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles, deal with password issues, validate them, and meet security standards.
• Make recommendations on support and access to information.
• Capture and Deploy windows by using different techniques for image like imagex and Acronis true image 2017.
• Good Knowledge of the mechanism of customs Clearance.
• Receiving Petty Cash for IT Department and purchase the monthly needs for all sites.
• Coordination with the supplier for the necessary Maintenance of all devices and do the
necessary Action in case of the devices out of warranty.
• Support for the following Systems:
1 - Maximo System
2 - Alsoor system
3 - Micro clear System
4 - Diwan Systems (CSC)
5 - Oracle System (Ministry of finance)
