Job Description:
SGH TENDERS: • Preparing the SGH (G.C.C) Tenders in special excel format and comparing the prices with all others company prices which previously quoted in order to quote the new price.
• Preparing all the SGH Tender documents Quotation and other supporting documents in order to Submit the Tender.
• Preparing all the Catalogues and Samples for SGH Tender.
• Placing the orders as per the awarded sheet and follow up with customer service.
• Follow up all the SGH Shipment with customer service and dealers in order to avoid any delay.
• Shorting out all the items to be delivered for the respective hospitals
All other Tenders (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)
• Preparation of all other tenders Quotation for the above mentioned countries with special prices and follow up.
• Checking the Customer P.O and placing the orders to the customer service.
• Follow up with shipping agent, Saudi cargo and dealers to release the materials at earliest.
Fore-Casting (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)
• Preparing monthly sales forecast as per the sales budget for all the items and submitting to the supply chain.
Product Registration
• Follow up with the dealers to register all the products in Saudi Food and Drug Authority and providing them the required certificates.
Monthly Expenses Report
• Making all the office expenses, air Ticket, Hotel booking CE Events and all other expenses and submitting the report to the Head Account.
• Preparing a monthly sales report
• Combined CE and Monthly report and forward to C.M
• Updating the dealer price lists
• Filing and updating for all official documents.
• Co-ordinate with all official staffs and try to fulfill their requirements
• Dealing with all incoming telephone calls and dispatch all telephone message to respective persons while they are not available.
• Maintain discipline and confidentiality.
