Supervise overall operations
• Create and maintain positive, professional working environments
• Daily hospital tour for out, in patient and call center
• Insure that all safety and brand standards are maintained.
• Direct investigations into causes of patient complaints and report to Quality Committee, if necessary
• Meet and greet VIP patient
• Answering Emails
• Coach and council all managers for the department

• Review all reports related to the statistics (call center), valet parking, clinics
• Approve requisitions for the materials
• Meet with all managers to review/discuss all issues related to the insurance, billing, booking
• Handling VIP & Royal patients
Duties and responsibilities included:-
• Promoted Switzerland in the GCC and Middle East as best tourist destination
•Prepared media articles, power point presentations, ads and TV interviews.
•Visited and worked along with travel agencies in the GCC countries and offered them the best travel packages to Switzerland throughout the seasons.
•Planned seminars and held conferences all over the GCC countries and Middle East and major events in Tourism like Berlin exhibitions and ATM (Arab Travel Market) in Dubai.
Duties and responsibilities included:-
•Met with clients to help them select the best insurance policy tailored to their needs.
•Responsible for issuing all kinds of insurance policies, ranging from car to
Fire, Marine Cargo and Aviation insurance.
•Worked along hand in hand with all the departments including the Finance and legal department.
•General office duties such as, filling, verifying, matching, balancing, checking records, and resolving issues.
•Tracking policy renewal dates and contacting customers who are delinquent in their payments for coverage
•Responsible for maintaining files and records.
•Kept and maintained always excellent terms with both Clients and colleagues
