● Managing transportation and logistics operations and ensuring that
products are delivered to the right place at the right time.
● Managing 3PL relationships with respect to contracts and providing regular
reports and analysis on key performance indicators, such as delivery times,
inventory levels, and supplier performance. This involves analyzing data,
identifying trends, and communicating findings to management and other
stakeholders.
● Plan and execute shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries,
preparing necessary documentation, and tracking shipments to ensure that

contractual obligations, such as delivering goods on time and meeting
quality standards and according to KBR guidelines.

order fulfillment rates, and employee productivity, and reporting these
metrics to senior management.

tracking attendance, assessing performance, and providing feedback.
● Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, including
collecting feedback from participants, analyzing data on performance and
outcomes, and making recommendations for improvements.
● Provide interpretation support during official meetings or other occasions.
