- Managing Oil Transport & Storage Department and supervision of quantities received and delivered from end users.
- Planning and Implementation of operations and safety procedures and policies.
- Responsible for managing, coordinating and keeping updated customers database, in cooperation with other associated departments in the company.
- Managing and supervising all road-tankers fleet, to include regular maintenance, general safety procedures implementation as per UAE Road and Transport Department regulation.
- Managing the issuance of Government licenses and Permits for the fleet to ensure the compliance with Safety & Security procedures, when supplying oil bunkers, in all UAE Sea ports.
- Managing and Supervising all department employees to include: training, attendance and ensure compliance with company’s rules and regulations and to adhere to local labor law.
- Periodic reporting to the Group’s GM on progress of the department, and preparing financial statements, to include cash-flow and invoicing.
- Co-ordinating with all Group departments to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of products on time.
- Managing Transport department purchases, and ensure compliance with Group’s procurement policies.
- Cost control and reduction of operational expenses for the road truck fleet, by using a customized cost control software.
