1. Provide co-operation, help and assistance to all Service Advisors by advising diagnosis procedures and efficient / correct work procedures as well ensuring the customer comments are communicated effectively to the repair team
2. Ensuring quality by producing extremely low level of return jobs
3. Developing good level of communication by ensuring that explanation of the work done or required to be done is well understood by Service Advisor, Foreman, other staff and customers
4. Undertake great effort to improve efficiency by providing constructive inputs regarding work methods, work environment, tools and equipment etc
5. Suggest training needs for other technicians/Service Advisors; also undergo training and update self knowledge for both soft and hard skills
6. Provide technical input to spare parts staff to assist in correct part

• Allocate the workload to assigned team.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the department.
• Ensure that the area is adequately staffed to achieve objectives and that technicians are supplied with the necessary equipment to perform the required tasks.
• Assess impact of delays, interruptions or changes in plans and implement appropriate courses of action to minimize issues.
• Provide advice and technical assistance to team members.
• Review the monthly performance in collaboration with other team leaders to determine where improvements can be made.
• Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement.
• Orient new team members (. explain work hours, procedures, use of equipment etc) to familiarize them with work surroundings.
• Explain job expectations and procedures to ensure that new team members understand their respective duties.

1) Supervise the technicians’ performance (productivity and efficiency), coach and adjust errors in coordination with team leaders and update workshop in-charge

2) Assist the technician team leaders for analyzing technical problems and guide to solve them properly.

3) Review and ensure issuing warranty job cards with team leaders.

4) Oversee additional observations for repair or new technical issues related to technical works along with team leaders.

5) Analyze the Repeat and Rework report and submit it to technical department and set an action plan for repeat works and follow up implementation with team leaders.

6) Review all daily reports with job controller by end of every shift and assist workshop in-charge in administrative issues like overtime.etc. .

7) Report workshop in-charge for accidental events happen in workshop area.

8) Ensure of estimating parts subject to change and coordinate with service advisor to obtain customer approval after making sure of parts availability in spare parts department.

9) Ensure of cleanliness and orderliness of work area, proper operating for all equipments and machines, safety of technicians and customer vehicle

) Read the job card instruction comparing with vehicle status to ensure of proper data in coordination with team leader.
2) Coordinate with job controller to test units for operability before repairing and Identify the breakdowns exist by following the operational standards guide.
3) Prepare the work area, tools, spare parts and machines required for repair.
4) Fix the electrical or mechanical repairs right from first time, replace defective parts through getting necessary requirements from parts department and report the job controller and team leader with new modifications occur.
5) Test vehicle to ensure that it is working properly after repairing and share the quality controller for final situation.
6) Record conditions of cars before and after repairing.
7) Ask the team leader for any difficulties or not available materials to provide later on.
8) Make sure of maintaining work area safe, secure, organized and clean.

Repair and fix the electrical or mechanical breakdowns coming up to customers’ equipment in order to fulfill customer satisfaction through perfect quality.
