* Monitors and ensures that job area is free for any possible hazards that might cause injury to the workers.
* Implementing safety measure and effective strategies to reduce risks and improve safety.
* Perform effective ways to eliminate potential hazards in the area.
* Attends daily pre-task / toolbox meeting before dispatching all personnel’s in their assigned activities.
* Imparts lectures of safety topics e.g. scaffoldings safety, ladder safety, confined space safety, etc.
* Supervise co-workers and corrects unsafe acts / condition observed in every workplaces.
* Checks permits or associated permits in every work activities.
* Checks temporary structures / scaffolding if it is complete and reliable to use.
* Inspects tools and equipments used in every activity if it is safe to use.
* Inspect PPE’s and Tools if it is appropriate for the activity.
