Job Profile:
As Technical Engineer-Electrical Design, manage following key functions as per the Key Performance Indicators-
Drive improvement in production technique & development of test procedures.
Coordinate & plan material selection needed to set up state of the art testing facility in factory.
Work towards manufacturing cost reduction in engineering functions & processes as well as quality improvement.
Design power and control panels(as per NEC, UL, CE..) for various HVAC units including Air Handling Units (AHU), Chillers, package units, heaters, VAV's & various HVAC equipment.
Select electrical components required for power panel as per design(for compressors, motors, ..) and prepare the bills of material.
Prepare electrical diagrams using AutoCAD & conduct power analysis of electrical data of equipments.
Support designs through tooling upto production.
Undertake power analysis for all the units manufactured at HACE.
Oversee assembly and trouble shoot of functional prototypes.
Coordinate material selection for testing laboratory.
Estimate & forecast with cost analysis of electrical materials in advance stage.
Interface with various vendor controllers for HVAC from Carell, KMC, Dishtech, Saturn, & Siemens.
Liaison in charge for various client and procurement meetings
Focus on value engineering, cost control, and meeting profitability improvement targets.
Good experience in selecting material from various manufacturers including ABB, Schneider, hartland, Siemens, KMC, Belimo, Dishtech...
End user of Oracle Suite based ERP system.
Contributions:
Made significant contributions in following projects for prestigious clients involving ARAMCO, SAUDICO, Saudi Technical, EL-SEIF, SCECO, KACST, & KAAU, among others.
Spearheaded onsite commissioning & installation of HVAC units at the prestigious King Abdullah financial city project as the site in charge.
