• Prepare the slip deposit chq/cash for customers to be paid at DCMG teller.
• Visit the VIP customers to take the signature for a new account opening with DFM.& ADSM
• Replying customer’s inquiries regarding share trading/registrar
Managing VIP customer’s portfolios on daily basis.
Preparing market plans for clients.
Managing Customer Service Department.
Maintaining a very good relationship with ADIFS clients.
Performing presentations to potential clients about the firm & its service; highlighting the privileges of the department.
Active & constant coordination with UAE financial markets
Preparing financial analyses and updating the management members of all market news
Following up the liability of several customers.
Attracting new VIP accounts through good relations & present meeting with high profile potential clients
Generating daily report (trades values, trades volume, client's trades, closing rates, O.D reports)
