v Strictly to follow health and safety policies and procedures. ISO 9001:2000

v Conduct concrete batching in lieu of Plant Engineer.
v Conduct compressive/flexural strength test on concrete samples.
v Conduct of soil penetration test (SPT).
v Conduct of quality test of soil.
v Good monitoring skills on site.

• Perform daily maintenance for the engine and machine
• Engine Overhauling
• Engine Tune up
• Repair of under carriage particularly on transmission assembly, differential assembly, brake system/air and fluid type on brake shoe, lining clutch
• Repair of electrical system including starter motor, alternator, battery and wiring.
• Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and the working promises.
• Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate mechanic supervisor from time to time basis

• Performed maintenance work such as preventive maintenance and break down maintenance such as HVAC, electricity and plumbing.
• Consistently rate cleanliness as the most important factor in deciding to execute the job, and acquired the skill, knowledge, and ability to execute the job with excellence.
• Monitored and performed daily activities such as required temperature for all air conditioning and refrigeration system and reporting all abnormalities• Performed Operation and Maintenance of Air-Cooled Chillers such as Carrier, Trane, York and etc.
