Production : Controls the whole Production department, which includes Mechanical Production, Machine Shop & Fabrication, Electronics Production and Assembly, Poly Urethane Production, Equipment Assembly unit.
Work details : Daily, weekly and monthly plan preparation and execution, conduct daily meeting, man power allocation, bill of quantity, material procurement, trouble shooting, production improvements, work order issuance, request approvals, etc.
Design : Design verification.
Tool Management : Preparation and controlling of production plan, KPI preparation.
Operations : Project activity planning, conduct weekly and monthly meeting, activities and issues follow up, general controlling, report verification, KPI preparation.
Reporting: TM and Production Director/Operation Director
Worked on Horizontal Lathe, Vertical lathe, Milling machine, Surface shaper machine, radial drilling machine, etc. Various types of flanges, threading & other machining works for heavy engineering & process industries including Steel and aluminum Mills, Cement Industries, Petrochemical Industries, Oil & Gas Industries, Water treatment plants, Environmental & Power Generation Groups, automobile industry, as well as Structural Steel frameworks.
