Personal Achievements:
• Renewed the firms’ $20m+ regional & local Health & Life Insurance policies around 18% below budget, clawed back $1m in premium due to policy performance, and enhanced at least 2 benefits on each of the medical policies.

Personal Achievements:
• Successfully managed, renewed & expanded the $1.6m of Marsh revenue under my care.
• Helped clients to understand the fundamentals of insurance, and how having a 3-5 year strategy based on data and market factor analysis is far more sustainable than mere “transactional broking” based on today’s price alone.
• Hit my one and only sales/expanded business target after it was introduced for 2019
