• Coordinating and interacting with consultants and contractors across several projects concurrently maintaining a focus and an overall project's progress.
• Overseeing the preparation of graphic materials for presentation to client
• Overseeing the submittal of Issue for Construction drawings
• Additionally, my scope also included: 3D visualization and presentation tasks.
• Liaising with third party suppliers/consultants and contractors - attend client meetings, site inspections and elaborate minutes of meetings and follow up project contracts.

| Scopes description
Interior Architect & Landscape Designer

Freelance interior architect and landscape designer and collaborator on different types of projects. I have worked in the production of high quality indoor and outdoor architecture environments. My scope included but was not limited to the following:
• Collaborating independently on different types of projects, ranging between interior architecture, architecture and landscaping design.
• Building & improving a network of clients & professionals across Lebanon, France & Russia.
• Creating photo-realistic visuals and rendering process for both interior and exterior environments & undertaking design projects in terms conceptions and presentations.
• Interpreting clients’ needs into architectural plans and blueprints.
• Researching and deciding on materials selection and products sourcing, following industry changes, evolutions and adequate practices.
• Supervising design implementation all along the execution process.
• Working closely with different project's stakeholders; clients, other designer and design management team members to ensure smooth coordination and achievements of excellence in all aspects of the work implementation.

Types of projects: Mostly office spaces - Workplace- Residential- Retail- (without any intervention on the urban level) I worked for the General Services Division at SOLIDERE and was responsible for the architectural design of office spaces and its ergonomics prior to the renovation works. My scope included but was not limited to the followings:
• Preparing of tender documents for interior architecture works and participating in the evaluation of tenders.
• Ensuring the upkeep of the quinquennial maintenance plan for entitled buildings facades and interior workplace (ergonomics, project management, concept development, FF & E, refurbishment, technical coordination, transfers and follow-up...).
• Organizing and attending meetings related to the interior design projects and playing the role of the division or client representative.
• Managing and preparing the followings: BOQs, requisitions, PO, contracts management.
• Playing a pivotal role in project management and coordination with different stakeholders: other head-divisions (procurement, Higher management), executives, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Assisting in the preparation of the Division's annual budget for facilities and capital improvement projects.
• Managing and supervising the transfer and relocation of the company's personnel during renovation works.
• Heading an internal maintenance and operations team comprised of technicians and supervisors.

Types of projects: office spaces - Workplace- Residential- Retail-restaurants. My scope included but was not limited to the followings:
• Coordinating and interacting with consultants and contractors across several projects concurrently maintaining a focus and an overall project's progress.
• Creating and developing conceptual designs independently and as a part of a design team for all aspects of a project from lighting fixtures to material finishes, elevations and details.
• Handling turn-key projects, and ensuring successful implementation of approved design in order to deliver a design-focused projects from inception to completion.
• Additionally, my scope also included: 3D visualization and presentation tasks.
• Liaising with third party suppliers and contractors - attend client meetings, site inspections and elaborate minutes of meetings and follow up project contracts.

• Intervening on several types of design projects, between two multidisciplinary companies based in Beirut.
• Providing programming and space planning analysis as well as area calculations.
• Developing graphic communication skills to showcase the design concepts.
• Creating concept presentations, technical drawings and detailed tender packages to deliver design-oriented projects.
• Participating in design reviews, pin-ups, and charettes.
• Coordinating and overseeing client deliveries and installations with all FF&E purchasing agents from research to procurement and installation.
• Following up project implementation and coordination with different stakeholders.
• Conceiving of products and furniture on behalf of White Sur White.

The vacancy featured 3 months internship that led to a part-time offer alongside my studies. My scope included but was not limited to the followings:
• Providing drafting support on commercial and residential projects, working primarily alongside the office director and other interior- senior architects.
• Communicating ideas through comprehensive, high-level graphic presentations, and ultimately translating designs made by senior designers into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Assisting with construction documents preparation.
• Conducting research for the project team
• Conducting site surveys and assist senior Interior Architects on sites reports
• Organizing files, materials, and displays.
