Provide all Government Liaison & Public Relations services.
•Trouble-shoot and complete Visa & Immigration Department formalities.

•Look after the renewal of Trade Licenses, Chamber of Commerce certificates, Agreements in coordination with Government Departments.
•Assist in the legalization/notarisation and attestation of documents at the United Arab Emirates Courts, Ministries, Embassies/Consulates and other government agencies.
•Gave work directions, resolved problems, prepared schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
•Coordinate activities of administration department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.
Responsible for providing operational support to the Management in ensuring smooth operations.
•Ensured that communication and relationship with government departments and authorities are well maintained.
•Ensured that regulations regarding expatriate employees and all other applicable labour laws and related personnel regulations are adhered to.
•Performed all the activities related to new recruits and the termination of employees that require liaison with government departments.
•Prepared all documents relating to visas, sponsorship, labour cards, licenses and permits, in Arabic, for submission to the appropriate authorities
•Co-ordinated with Personnel & Administrative Manager on issues relating to new recruits in terms of visas, housing and all licenses and documentation required for legal purposes.
•Followed up the company’s various transactions with the Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Economy, etc.

•Assisted in the legalization/notarisation and attestation of documents at the United Arab Emirates Courts, Ministries, Embassies/Consulates and other government agencies.
•In case of accident/major disease followed up with the patient/doctor and police to arrange formalities.
•Looking the matters like vehicle accident, fire incidents, follow-up the cases with police and civil defence and submit judgment copy to insurance company.
•Take care of all municipality jobs like getting permits, inspection at site and refund deposits.
