Roles Summary:
Manage and promote complete UC solution portfolio for named key accounts
Sell UC & AV solutions to mid - large size organizations
Responsible for Polycom & Logitech UC portfolio along with other product line
Working with solution architects, presales & project delivery teams to provide right, end
to end solutions to existing and new customers and make sure projects are delivered in
time and as per agreements
Present latest technology solutions, create business case scenarios and sell them at “C”
level Executives - IT Management, and other Decision makers
Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision makers and
influencers
Manage accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short
term, mid term, and long term opportunity & stake holder management
Position end to end solutions and articulate Polycom/Logitech/Zahra strategies to senior
customer executives
Ensuring Revenue growth, channel growth, Increase in market penetration for the
products assigned
Participate in sales events such as Roadshows, product demonstration seminars, user
specific technical demonstrations/presentations
Coordinate, involve, work & manage third party solution providers/vendors who are part
of solution proposition
Customer retention & repeat business generation by actively educating and informing
key account executives on latest technology developments in order to upgrade & expand
existing solutions deployed at customer premises.
Identification of new technology/solutions and bringing them on board to compliment &
enhance value of existing solutions provided by organization
Highlights
Recognised "Top Sales Leader" for 3 years in a row closed the year by
overachieving at 120% to annual quota
Leveraged sales management expertise closing USD 600000 deal and additional
multi-million dollar opportunities for an enterprise supply chain provider
