The Project, worth $1.5 billion, covers the design (Civil and MEP) and construction of 7.2 km metro line including 3 no. elevated metro stations, namely QEZ (Qatar Economic Zone), Barwa and Al Wakra in Doha.

Duties as HSSE Manager included:
Provided positive leadership within the area of operation and promotion of adoption of best practice.
Promotion of enthusiastic HSSE culture that delivered a positive commitment to and engaged all employees in the continuous improvement of HSSE performance.
Monitored and reported on the progress and effectiveness of the HSSE management system against performance standards and made recommendations for improvement as appropriate.

Provided HSE leadership, support and coaching for the site; Provided HSE program direction to all personnel, identifying and addressing the gaps through HSE assessments, inspections, field visits and/or mini-audits ensuring that corrective actions are effective.
