- Handling PICK UP DROP OFF project of UPS-Dell
- Reception Coverage of QFCA facilities-Maintain and manage reception areas of the QFCA only floors ensuring QFC literature and materials are displayed and documents/papers are distributed efficiently; maintaining exceptional tidiness in the area; ensuring phones are answered promptly and politely;
- Visitor Handling - Be aware of all visitors entering QFCA floors, greeting everyone in a polite and consistent way according to the Customer Service Standards of Excellence;
- Administrative Support - ensure the delivery of basic clerical and administrative activities, including filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry and retrieval.
- Update, maintain and distribute telephone directories.
- To work alongside and to cover reception and business centre duties as and when required.
- Reflecting QFC’s Image - perform tasks in line with QFC’s image; this includes proper grooming, punctuality and a friendly attitude.
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring that all amped games are installed and merchandising materials are present in internet cafe’s.
- Participate in marketing events such as freeplays, tournaments and mall tours.
- Help manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components, standards and sales targets, to develop the team and to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents.
