JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Communicate with clients representative/ Consultants attending scheduled meetings.
• Prepare detailed Progress Report (Daily and Weekly).
• Prepare documents on site (Method statement, Testing and commissioning plan, Material Approval Request, Material Inspection Request and Work Inspection Request).
• Review comments coming from the consultant on material submittals and shop drawings, prepare and arrange resubmittals.
• Follow up on material delivery on site from suppliers to be delivered within the scheduled time frame.
• Inspect and Monitor daily progress of Containment/Equipment Installations of Sub-Contractors and Technicians (in house) on a given Project.
• Troubleshoot / Resolve unexpected difficulties and certain problems that may arise.
• Coordinate with Contractors status and Completion within the given time frame of a certain Project.
• Estimate Quantity of installation materials to be used in the project and prepare material requisition.
• Plan Arrangement of duty of Man power/Technicians on site.
• Oversee quality control.
• Oversee health and safety on site.
• Plan and prepare documentation for testing and commissioning plan and check all testing and commissioning activities.
• Supervise rectifications and complete snag list prior to handing over of a given project.
• Prepare/Arrange As built of layout/equipment points in AUTOCAD.

• Site visit for gathering specifications (Sizes, Materials, Measurements and Etc.) for the project to be quoted.
• Estimating (Costing and Quotations) for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Works.
• Examine the given drawings thoroughly to accurately determine the quantity and specifications of the materials required so as to prepare of bill of quantity.
• Site inspection on ongoing projects, supervising and monitoring of man power and quality checking.
• Planning the work and organizing facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Resolving unexpected difficulties and problems that may arise during a given project
• Preparing of materials to be used on the site
• Do as built and detailed drawings of the project using Autocad if needed.
• Analyze outcomes and writing detailed progress report of a given project.

• Insures all machineries (Printing, Corrugators and Die Cut machines) and equipments are operational and fully functional (electrical parts/portions).
• Applying electrical theories and standards in testing and repairing machineries and equipments.
• Trouble shooting and accessing electrical problems (PLC, Inverters, servo drives, sensors, switches and AC/DC motors and etc.).
• Trained to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams.
• Design and modify electrical equipments circuitry.
• In charge of overall maintenance on building and machine electrical.
• Do Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Activities.
• Evaluates electrical systems, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

• Insures the Quality of the product that will be produced to meet a specified Manufacturing Standards.
• Inspect size and colour pattern with regards to a given standard sample.
• Coordinates with machine Personnel in terms of adjustments in removing a certain defects in flexible packaging and rigid products that was produced.
• Testing in terms of evaluating product functions and product readiness.
• Gather and maintain data that is essential for identifying certain defects that occurred during production process.
• Approve for packing/deliveries of certain products

• Inspect, monitor & survey of On-going City projects within the North Caloocan areas such schools, barangay projects.
• Ensure & coordinate with contractor’s status & completion within time frame of all the projects
• Analyzing outcomes & writing detailed progress reports.
• Estimation and Cost Control of the projects handled.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SITE ENGR.

• Inspect and monitor of roughing-ins for installation of electrical works. On a given Project.
• Estimating materials (fixtures, wires, utility boxes, tubing and etc.), construction, and labour costs.
• Ensure and Coordinate with other Sub-Contractors status & Completion within the time frame of a given projects.
• Supervise staff (Electricians.) in the field.
• Analyze outcomes and writing detailed progress report of a given project.
• Drawing of as built of electrical installations using AutoCAD.
