Job Description: Principal contact and liaison person between maintenance and supporting departments in relation to determining the timing for execution of planned maintenance work. Ensures that all internal customers of Maintenance receive timely, efficient and quality services.
Duties and responsibilities:
Schedule and assign the work integrating both the customer's and maintenance's needs.
Coordinating maintenance work and projects.
Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and/or influence a team (Engineers, Operations and Outside Suppliers) in the effort to solve and execute maintenance work.
Creates Maintenance schedules.
Being a resource to others when developing new maintenance reports, standards and metrics.
Generate metrics to demonstrate performance and drive improvements.
Completes any other tasks as needed or as directed by management.
Direct Maintenance clerk(s) daily activities.
BMS Monitoring and Reporting (SCADA, JOHNSON CONTROL).
Job Description: Responsible for scheduling preventive and regular maintenance with minimal interruption to SAUDI ARAMCO OFFICE SERVICES operation. Duties and responsibilities:
Scheduled and Planned maintenance activity using SAP ERP PM Module
Facilitation of daily and weekly work planning meetings with Maintenance, Operations and other supporting departments.
Schedule and assign the work integrating both the customer's and maintenance's needs.
Develop maintenance shutdown schedules integrating all activities into one comprehensive plan.
Coordinating maintenance work and projects.
Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and/or influence a team (Engineers, Operations and Outside Suppliers) in the effort to solve and execute maintenance work.
Create PM schedules on all critical equipment and regulatory regulated equipment.
Creates Maintenance schedules.
Generate metrics to demonstrate performance and drive improvements.
Completes any other tasks as needed or as directed by management.
Direct Maintenance clerk(s) daily activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machine/instrument.
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
Provide on-site training to the costumers.
Interface with cross functional work teams such as field application, costumer support/services product management, manufacturing and marketing sales.
Develop Service technical documentation.
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Miscellaneous other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests.
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties; including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings of tables and up-keeping of rest room etc.
Attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
Present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
