Job Description: Principal contact and liaison person between maintenance and supporting departments in relation to determining the timing for execution of planned maintenance work. Ensures that all internal customers of Maintenance receive timely, efficient and quality services.
Duties and responsibilities:
 Schedule and assign the work integrating both the customer's and maintenance's needs.
 Coordinating maintenance work and projects.
 Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
 Demonstrates the ability to lead and/or influence a team (Engineers, Operations and Outside Suppliers) in the effort to solve and execute maintenance work.
 Creates Maintenance schedules.
 Being a resource to others when developing new maintenance reports, standards and metrics.
 Generate metrics to demonstrate performance and drive improvements.
 Completes any other tasks as needed or as directed by management.
 Direct Maintenance clerk(s) daily activities.
 BMS Monitoring and Reporting (SCADA, JOHNSON CONTROL).
