• Distributed E-cards for Syrian refugees and Lebanese families (NPTP).
• Conducted assessments to monitor and evaluate the project (BNOM, process monitoring, etc.)
• Conducted monitoring of the self-validation activity and refer all problems to the line manager.
• Conducted monitoring of the crowd at all ATMs in the T5 area.
• Helped with the data cleaning of the assessments’ output.
It is a part-time job. My responsibilities were:
• Coordinated the daily managerial activities; with the trainers as well as the PHC's institutes managers.
• Submitted regular reports for Anera
• Organized a graduation ceremony for the youth at the end of the project
The first project was Nurse Aid and the second was about the Maternity care
• Educated the patients on their dietary needs according to their health status.
• Audited the breakfast and lunch served to make sure that each patient is getting the right meal according to his or her diet requirements.
• Submitted a report, which includes all the cases, and a detailed presentation about one specific case that was presented to the jury.
• Taught the new interns about the process followed in the hospital.
Achievements: Distinction by the jury
• Monitored both dietetics and day-to-day operational management of the center.
• Planned a menu each week taking into consideration patients with special diet needs.
• Visited the kitchen regularly to make sure food safety standards are met.
• Trained the kitchen staff on therapeutic diets.
• Monitored daily the generators' fuel requirements, stock of the cleaning materials, and meals delivered in addition to performing quality control on cleaning services and supplied meals.
• Introduced patient satisfaction surveys for continuous service improvement. The concept was adopted by LRC, and HQ and applied in all isolation centers across Lebanon.
• Wrote weekly reports that have been sent to all cooperating partners such as WHO and MoPH.
