*Job tasks and responsibilities:
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Research, price, and purchase office supplies.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, and office keys.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Keeping the manager updated about the recent updates like emails, letters and information of similar nature.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post.
- Printing Labels and stickers and Sheets for the company products.
- Other duties as assigned.
